Returns and Cancellations Policy – NORDE
At NORDE, we strive for the complete satisfaction of our customers.
Cancelling an Order Before Shipment
An order may be cancelled for a full refund as long as the product has not yet been shipped.
Returning a Product After Delivery
A product may be returned within 14 days of the date it was received, in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, unopened, complete, and in proper condition.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following products cannot be returned:
Products that have been used.
Solid perfume products that have been opened, applied to the skin, or otherwise used.
Products that are not in their original packaging, are damaged, or are not in proper condition.
Products made to order or customized specifically for the customer.
Products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
Return Process
Please contact customer service by email:
Please include your order number, full name, and the reason for the return.
The refund will be issued within 14 business days from the date the product is received by us and inspected for proper condition.
Shipping Costs
If an order is cancelled because of a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If an order is cancelled for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
