Welcome to the NORDE website (hereinafter: the “Website”).

Using or browsing the Website, or making a purchase through it, constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.

General

These Terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only but apply equally to all genders.

The Website may update, amend, or revise these Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice. The binding version is the version published on the Website at the time of use or purchase.

Age Restriction

Use of and purchases through the Website are permitted only to customers aged 18 or older.

By making a purchase through the Website, the user declares that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding transaction.

Purchases and Payments

If a package is not collected, the delivery address is incorrect, delivery is refused, or a shipment is returned for a reason beyond the Website’s control, the Website may charge the customer for reshipping or additional handling costs, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations and Returns

Transactions may be cancelled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981.

A credit or refund will be issued only after the return of a product that has not been used, remains in its original packaging, and is complete, undamaged, in proper condition, and without signs of opening or use.

Due to hygiene, safety, and the nature of the product, a solid perfume product that has been opened, used, applied to the skin, damaged, altered, or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping fees, where charged, will not be refunded unless otherwise required by law.

In the event of a material defect in a product, the customer must contact customer service within a reasonable period after receiving the product and provide photographs, the order number, and a description of the issue. The Website may review the claim and act in accordance with applicable law, including by offering a replacement, credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Product Use and Limitation of Liability

NORDE products are solid fragrance products intended for external use on the skin only and must be used according to the instructions published on the Website, displayed on the product, or included with its packaging.

Do not swallow the product. Do not use it around the eyes, inside the mouth, on broken, irritated, inflamed, or especially sensitive skin, or in any manner inconsistent with the instructions for use.

Keep the product away from children, animals, extreme heat, direct sunlight, and sources of fire.

Before first use, it is recommended to test the product on a small area of skin and wait to check for an individual reaction. If irritation, redness, itching, burning, a rash, sensitivity, discomfort, or any unusual reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.

People with known fragrance sensitivities, allergies, especially sensitive skin, pregnant or nursing women, or people receiving medical treatment should consult a qualified medical professional before use.

The Website does not provide medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. Nothing on the Website, including product descriptions, recommendations, images, advertisements, or any other content, constitutes medical or therapeutic advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Results, fragrance experience, scent strength, scent duration on the skin, and skin reactions may vary from person to person depending on skin type, individual sensitivity, weather, method of application, amount used, and other factors beyond the Website’s control.

Use of the products is solely at the user’s responsibility. The Website, its operators, employees, managers, suppliers, and anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, medical, physical, emotional, property-related, financial, or other damage resulting from use of the product, improper or excessive use, use contrary to the instructions, individual sensitivity, an allergic reaction, use in combination with other products, improper storage, or any other circumstance connected with use of the product, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

In all cases and subject to applicable law, the Website’s liability will be limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant product.

The customer is responsible for reading the ingredient list, instructions for use, and warnings before using the product. Customers with a known sensitivity to any ingredient should not use the product.
