Once the package is shipped, it is expected to arrive within 2-5 business days.

Please note: Shipping times may vary slightly due to shipping company workload, stock availability, holidays, or high demand.

We ensure that every Zaya kit is packed securely, cleanly, and protected, so that the burner and bottles arrive intact, preserved, and ready for use.

Confirmation and Shipping

Once the package is on its way, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number, and you will be able to see where the package is at any time.

Track Your Order

A few days after placing your order, your tracking number will appear, and you will be able to easily track the package's movement until arrival.
