Return and Cancellation Policy – NORDE
At NORDE, we strive for complete customer satisfaction.
Order Cancellation Before Product Shipment
An order can be cancelled, and a full refund received, as long as the product has not yet been shipped.
Product Return After Receipt
A product can be returned within 14 days of its receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, sealed, complete, and in good condition.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following cannot be returned:
Used products.
Solid perfumes that have been opened, applied to the skin, or used.
Products not in their original packaging, damaged, or not in good condition.
Custom-made or personalized products.
Products that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

Please include your order number, full name, and reason for return.
The refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date we receive the product and verify its condition.
Shipping Costs
In the case of an order cancellation due to a product defect or an error on our part — the return shipping cost will be borne by us.
In the case of an order cancellation for any other reason — the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
